Dumaguete City unfortunately is in the headlines recently because of a Corona Virus scare. The first Covid 19 case in the Philippines, which happens to be a Chinese couple has visited Dumaguete, thus tourism in the city may be bleak at the moment.
But we have visited this beautiful city a month before this incident and we would like to share to you why Dumaguete is considered the best retirement place in the Philippines…
